I'd like to add Michael Maged to our gang.

For those of you who don't know him, he's a prominent researcher in the 
lock-free data structures area. I believe his contribution can be terrific.

In the past I've kind of added people to our effort on my own, but now I 
think a slightly more democratic approach is in order.
