The  next  step  is  for  me  to  lobby Herb Sutter to allow me give a
presentation  of  the  paper at the committee meeting in October. I'll
circulate some slides for your review. If anyone could help with them,
that would be great.

After  that  we  should  establish  a  schedule and some logistics for
furthering the proposal. If there are volunteers with organizing that,
that would be wonderful. Step up.
