That's what I did.  Back in September it was probably overkill but now
it would be more useful.

The list is called cpp-threads at decadentplace.org.uk and has a web page at
<http://jupiter.robustserver.com/mailman/listinfo/cpp-threads_decadentplace.org.uk>.
The list description probably needs a little revision.

It also makes filing easier - one can set a rule to file incoming
mail sent to the list address into a specific folder.

If everyone's happy with using a mailing list then I can bulk-add all
your addresses.  I could also try to add previous messages to the list
archive though I don't know whether that's possible.  Note that the
archive is currently set to be public.
